Acceptance
By using tcmaesthetics.com or purchasing a course, product, or service from TCM Aesthetics Academy ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.
Course access & licensing
When you enroll in Radiance Within or any other program, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials for the term specified at purchase (typically one year for Self-Study, lifetime for Full Immersion). You may not share login credentials, redistribute materials, or use the curriculum to teach your own paid program.
Refund policy
Due to the immediate digital delivery of our courses, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once course materials have been accessed. If you have not yet accessed any module, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@tcmaesthetics.com.

The content on this site and within our courses is intended for licensed practitioners and is for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not establish a practitioner-patient relationship. You are responsible for practicing within your scope of license and applicable jurisdiction.
Intellectual property

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TCM Aesthetics Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, courses, or products.
